Cultural Competency

OPA is committed to having a diverse and culturally competent workforce to better serve our diverse clients. OPA is currently implementing a plan to recruit and train a diverse workforce and to provide ongoing cultural competency training. The initiative is currently being piloted with staff in the Anchorage Public Guardian and Child Advocacy Sections.
